What tasks are your remote employees capable of handling?
All Sofia agents have a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience and excel at handling an extensive array of remote tasks, including property management, administrative assistance, bookkeeping, marketing, data entry, executive support, and more.
Where do you recruit your talent from?
We primarily recruit from the Philippines.
What are the standard remote working hours?
Our team members are available to work at your preferred times, ensuring seamless integration with your business operations. Sofia can assist in enabling your business to operate around the clock. Our search is focused on identifying the most suitable candidate who is available and willing to work within your specified operating hours.
Do remote employees work on holidays?
Sofia agents align their schedules with your business requirements. We kindly ask you to provide advance notice to both us and your assistant regarding any applicable holiday schedules.
How do you track and supervise remote work?
We utilize online tracking software to monitor employees' schedules, working hours, and activity levels, ensuring productive work. Agents log hours for their direct tasks as per your set schedule, agreed upon weekly or monthly.
Can remote employees work overtime, and is there an option to prevent it?
Upon mutual agreement with your assistant, overtime work is allowed and billed at standard hourly rates. If you prefer to avoid overtime charges, simply inform us, and we'll adjust your employee's time tracking accordingly.
Can I interview a potential remote employee before making a decision?
Before signing, you will receive the candidate's resume along with a short video introduction.
Can I work with you to build a team?

What is your pricing structure?
We provide competitive hourly rates without any hidden fees. Our goal is to connect you with top-tier talent, offering significant cost savings compared to local hiring.
What is the minimum contract term?
We bill our services on a month-to-month basis, with no annual contracts.
How can I communicate with remote employees during their shifts?
You have the flexibility to communicate with your assistant through any channel of your preference, whether it's Slack, Trello, Google Meet, or email.
How can I review the outcome of their work?
You can request your assistant to generate progress reports for the projects/tasks you've assigned them on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. We also encourage regular meetings with them and their participation in company meetings.
What is your invoicing process?
We will invoice you on the 1st and 16th of every month for the preceding two-week period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment through ACH or Credit Card; however, credit card transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your assistant, we'll either replace them or offer a full refund.
